How to disable notes

Sat Nov 01, 2014 11:20 am
My touchpad seems to be very sensitive. Often when I click somehow, it creates a new empty note. I'm not sure but probably it's the middle mouse click. Mouse actions are default, i.e. middle =insert, right=menu, wheel=desktop. It happens in KF4 as well as KF5. How do I disable Notes in Plasma?

1) change the middle button to something other than insert or delete the action
2) remove the Knotes package

what works for me in KDE 4 is: cashew -> default desktop settings -> mouse actions -> middle button -> delete it or change it to something other than paste, I assume it's same/simlilar in 5

Thank you. I had to remove the wheel action as well.
