I am new at the linix os , so I tried to install abobe falsh 11 on kubuntu for google chromium and so far so good for now, but there is this software update that keeps on crashing and displaying the following error after typing in my password :

any ideas ?

looks like a server address problem, either the url is incorrect or the server is down - I too get an error trying to download it

what command/app were you running that gives the error?

that's the Google Chrome browser, if you're running Chromium you shouldn't need it
