for instance, some .Xmodmap or kde4 plasmic configuration that would make it such that when a certain key (like left-meta windoze for instance) which would make touchescreens touches map to a "right click" for instance

thx in advance and I did search for a solution for posting this question , and found nothing but posts about double-toching on touchsurfaces(not touchscrens)
