KDE Plasma 5.3 Fedora 22
When I browse to the application Menu and right click the application icon neither 'add to panel' nor 'add to desktop' appear .
The only option is 'add to favorites' .
Widgets are unlocked, yes
Could you please help me?

To add an entry to the panel, just drag it from the application launcher and drop it on the panel.

Or switch to "Kicker", i.e. "Application Launcher based on cascading menus", by right-clicking on the application launcher icon and choosing "Alternatives". This one should have "Add to panel" context menu entries.
