Hi thanks for any help, I am using kde 4, something happened and now I don't have no menu's or wallpaper, task bar gives me no menu, desktop gives me no menu, I backuped the settings file and reinstalled kde-full and it didn't fix it, does anyone have any idea what this is? I would have thought a complete reinstall would fix anything. It was fine no problems very solid no freezes , then this.

After a couple of reboots and applying the old settings folder I seem to be ok, thanks for all the help
