I would love to be able to figure out how to backup and restore my custom panels in kde5. A recent foray into fixing the desktop configuration vis-a-vis my external monitor wiped out my old panel with about 20 custom launchers and shortcuts. What files would I have had to back up in KDE 5 to be able to restore the old panel? Note I need this for KDE 5. My system has no .kde4 folder and the .kde folder looks like this, because it is not used for much: ~/.kde/:
cache-{hostname}/ share/ socket-{hostname}/ tmp-{hostname}/
Everything is in ~/.config and ~/.local.
