Hello,
my plasma taskbar and the info bubbles freeze after laptop suspend.

Qt: 4.8.6
KDE Development Platform: 4.14.13
Plasma Desktop Shell: 4.1

Usually it recovers after 5-15 Minutes. Is there any way I could find out what is hanging?
I checked ksytemlog and .xsession-errors, but nothing valuable in there.
I also checked with perf top on "/usr/bin/X', but no suspicious function names, besides "_raw_spinlock_irqsave" and GrabMatchesSecond/

no idea but would suggest you test as a new user with default setting to determine if it might be a plasmoid causing the issue then try determining which by adding them to the desktop/panel one by one
