Hello,

I'm using the latest release of Plasma 5 on OpenSuse Leap-x64.
Since a few days, after login, the screen becomes black and red. I can still move the mouse pointer for a few seconds and then the screen becomes totally black. I have to reboot.
Moreover, I cant choose another desktop manager at login screen.

Does someone experience this kind of issue? what can I do?

To choose another Desktop Environment, you need to install one

Can you make a screenshot (eg. phonecam) of the "black and red" screen?
Can you still ctrl+alt+f2 to another virtual console for a textshell login?
Can you still ping the machine? (only relevant if the above fails)
