I know this is petty but it is driving me nuts. I deleted the application launcher accidentally and re-added it back to my panel. Since re-adding it, the launcher is no longer in the absolute lower-left corner of my screen. I am very accustomed to moving my mouse to the absolute lower-left corner and clicking to get the application launcher, but that no longer works. There is a few pixels gap between the edge of the screen and the application launcher now that does nothing when clicked.

How do I move the launcher back to the absolute corner of my screen?

PLEASE HELP I'M GOING CRAZY!!!

1) is the panel maximized

2) is there a second panel on the left side, even one not maximized and covering the entire side

3) if you open panel settings can the launcher be moved to the corner

Thanks for trying to help.

The panel is maximized and there is not a second panel to the left of the launcher. This is what it looks like. You can see there is some blank space between the left edge and the actual launcher.Image

no good idea, never experienced it

things to try:
- shrink then maximize the panel
- switch from launcher to menu and back
- switch themes
- delete/re-add the launcher
