Whenever I boot my system with Linux 4.3 I see this glitches all over the screen, occasionally happens in kernel 3.16 but when it does happen I just kill plasmashell and start again. But still its disturbing.

Below is the video, you how it glitches when the shutdown option comes up and when I minimize windows, look at the top right of the screen.. you will see it there too
