Hi,

Often my laptop will be stuck in ac plugged in state. That's what battery icon shows but the widget shows that it is discharging. I will often find that power profile will also not work accordingly. I have filed a bug report but it has not come to developers' notice yet. How can I provide more info in the bug report? How do I troubleshoot this issue?
