Hi,

I have a problem with screen turning off whenever I watch movies (browser, popcorn, vlc, etc.), whenever there is inactivity.

I'm running Archlinux, so I have latest plasma. I've used KDE for many years, then stopped six months ago (wanted to try new gnome) and now came back. Before, there was an option on "Power management" which solved this problem, however, now I can't find "Power management" at all. I disabled locking. I've found and experimented with "dim screen", however result is the same.

Any help?

Do you have the package 'powerdevil ' installed ? : https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extr ... owerdevil/
