I lost the networkmanager icon on the system tray

Hello, i recently removed the network-manager by console, I was trying to fix a problem. Now this widget don't show anymore, i installed the network-manager again, i create a new user and nothing. My SO is Linux mint kde 18.1. Please help me..... thank you....

This is more a disto specific question.
My first guess for this issue is : have you checked if NetworkManager.service is enabled ?
try:

systemctl ¦ grep NetworkManager


Otherwise, https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NetworkManager certainly contains the solution of your problem.
