Display incorrect after returning from a suspended session.

Hi

I'm hoping somebody can point me in the right direction. Recently I've been suspending my kubuntu 16.10 session to memory to reduce power consumption. When waking resuming from suspension my plasma desktop display is a bit screwed up. The icon graphic pictures are ok but the writing underneath (I presume some sort of text-box) becomes a black (at the top) & white (at the bottom) rectangular box with no font in at all. The only way I've manged to get round this (other than rebooting) is to run kquitapp5 plasmashell && kstart plasmashell from the run command option. This restores the icon display on the desktop back to normal.

I'm using a nvidia binary driver 375.39 from nvidia-375 (recommended driver) and my graphics card is a Nvidia Corporation GM107[GeFrorce GTX 750 Ti]. I have two screens on my system.

I have the same issue returning from a suspended session on a smaller system I have, also running kubuntu 16.10, but with an older Nvidia card and driver and a single screen.

Does anybody know if this is a known issue or if there is a fix for this please?

Thanks

Paul
