A program I wrote in Qt has a system tray icon, when it's set in "auto" in "System Tray Settings", it's always hidden in the "Status & Notification" area. How should I signify "this is active now and should be shown" in the program internally when in auto, or if there's an external way (via dbus or something) to change the show/hidden state of it? (then I can embed it in the program itself). I have browse the dbus interface using "qdbusviewer" for a while and cannot find related methods/signal.
