can i change the default on-click behavior for grouped window in the task switcher to show this, instead of the usual spread out windows?

Basically, i want it to show this when i click on a grouped window.

the default spead-all-windows behavior is too slow and feels like overkill for what it's worth.

Plus, when i close a window in the spread-out-mode, it lags for a sec to re-arrange.
