Hello,

I am running KDE 4.14.8 on CentOS 7. Recently the digital clock and other widgets (such as binary clock and calendar) in my taskbar panel have gone missing. I can still see their entries in the Panel Tool Box > Add Widgets menu but when added to the panel they are replaced by a red 'X' icon. If they are added as desktop widgets, they show as an empty widget box with the message
This object could not be created for the following reason: Could not find request component: clock
where 'clock' is replaced by the name of the widget.

I was uninstalling a number of packages in order to free disk space and I suspect the widgets were uninstalled by accident. Does anyone know how to reinstall them?

Thank you!
Cameron
