after install anaconda , baloo file extractor affects disk usage and cpu on 100% , i tried restart process clear baloo cache but nothing working , what's the **** it ?

how about being a tad more detailed about the exact Plasma version and distribution you are using? Sounds like an obsolete problem on older systems...
