Howto disable popups of kde4.13 panel?

I want to disable the popups of the panel icons. I could diable them for the Task Manager, but the Device Notifier Icon allways pops up....
For the Startmenu there is the trick to change to old-classical style to not have the popup. (I am running openSUSE11.1 beta5.2)

Seems that there is no global setting. But you can set the time to stay on top of the device notifier popup to 0 seconds to deactivate the popup.
