Hello,
sorry for my english. It is not very good. :-)
I use Suse 11.0 with KDE 4.1. Now i update my KDE Version to the KDE 4.2 Beta. After the Update all is ok. But i have one Problem.

At my controlbar i have the windowbar. Know my problem is, that when i have opend some programs i cannot change between the programs with click on the window-symbol that me the windowbar show. If i click on the windows-symbol nothing happens.

What can i do?

Are you refering to the panel at the bottom of the screen? Just try re-adding the Task Manager widget. To do that, first unlock your widgets (right click on desktop and select "Unlock widgets")
Then right click on the task manager area and click "Remove this task manager". Now right click on the panel, select Panel Options -> Add widgets. From the list, drag the "Task Manager" towards the right side of the KMenu icon.

From konsole, try:
Code: Select all
cd ~/.kde/share/config && mv plasma-appletsrc plasma-appletsrc-old

And restart X (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace)

When i do that i get this message:
mv: Aufruf von stat für „plasma-appletsrc“ nicht möglich: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

i have no "plasma-appletsrc"...

Edit
I look in .kde4. Their is a "plasma-appletsrc". I renamed it to "plasma-appletsrc-old" and restart. But nothing changed. I cannot change between my programms with the Taskbar.
