I don't know "who to blame" for this. I'm almost certain that it's not Plasmas fault.
As you can see I'm an active student that was participating on the Kourse 2: Screencasts. That's why I had to disable the compositing option of KWin as krecordmydesktop has some problems with it.
But I have now finished with the screencasts and turned effects back on.
And things that I had no problems before but were there in past started to appear again.
The "screen garbage" is back
Plasma crashes a lot and the error that it gives is just bug.kde.org.
Plasma dosen't remember the newly added widgets.
I have few suspects but I need your help at finding the real culprit.
-It might be the new kernel 27-11
-It might be the Bespin theme 0.1 (I think it's not I'm not sure I changed to Oxygen, but the screen garbage problem continues)
-It might be KDE-nightly, but I don't think so, as I still use the ordinary KDE4.2beta2
-Or it might be something else

So please help me.

Other info of my system:
KDE4.2beta2
Kubuntu
Nvidia 177.22 GeForce 6600
Anything else that you need??

if all the problems appeared after enabling the effects you probably should try the newest nvidia driver
http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_disp ... 80.17.html
(the new driver is great.. smooth scrolling, smooth resizing of widgets, no artifacts at program-starts, no choppy effects)

and try disabling the blur plugin (if turned on) it was responsible for most of the plasma garbage on my computer..

Kubuntu 12.04 x64 | KDE SC 4.8
Nvidia 8800 GTS | Core2Duo E6600 | 4 GB RAM

Nope, the "memory" issue with panel is still here.
When I log out and back in I loose all newly added widgets...
I have no idea what's wrong...

remembering widgets is a different task..

have you tried deleting your
~/.kde/share/config/plasma-appletsrc
~/.kde/share/config/plasmarc

??

Forgot about that...
If I'll still have problems, currently it again seems OK I'll do that.
