Hi,

with KDE 3 i could put a sub menu like "Internet" to the taskbar
so i could access all Items in that menu from that icon in the task bar.

Is there a similar option in KDE 4.2 ?

If you add the classic menu, a just applications menu is available ( set View to Applications in its settings ). That is the closest possible at this time I think.
