Hello,
I have some problem with lancelot. When I log in, the lancelot icon is very small - you can see it in screenshot below (the first icon is kickoff, the second is lancelot)



This can be fixed by right click -> configure -> selecting different icon and apply. But after next login it is small again.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

OK, thank you for quick answer. I remove lancelot until it is fixex and marking this thread as solved.

You don't need to remove it, because otherwise it works great. Just make your panel a little bit wider and make some more space in it.... Few minutes of experimenting should fix it...

It was quite tricky.

1. Add lancelot to panel and copy from $YOUR_KDEDIR/share/config/plasma-appletsrc following lines:

[Containments][3][Applets][4]
geometry=0,2,13,36
immutability=1
plugin=lancelot_launcher
zvalue=0

[Containments][3][Applets][4][Configuration]
activate=click
geometry=0,2,36,36
icon=start-here
immutability=1
plugin=lancelot_launcher
show=main
zvalue=0


2. Replace lancelot by kickoff. In $YOUR_KDEDIR/share/config/plasma-appletsrc there should be lines like that:

[Containments][3][Applets][4]
geometry=0,2,36,36
immutability=1
plugin=launcher
zvalue=0

[Containments][3][Applets][4][Shortcuts]
global=Alt+F1

3) Replace lines bold lines from kickoff by bold from lancelot and restart plasma.

I hope I remember the procedure correctly so please backup your $YOUR_KDEDIR/share/config/plasma-appletsrc before changing anything.
