Hey all,

Let me start by saying... Wow! Great Job KDE 4.2 Team!!!
Now, a small quibble... maybe operator error (that darned operator!)

I am using KDE 4.2 on SuSE 11.1 on several machines from desktops to laptops.

When I move a plasmoid it fails to remain in position. So, I drag a file viewer over to the edge of my screen, let go of it, and as soon as my cursor leaves the plasmoid it snaps back over to the upper-right. Sometimes it will stack on top of other plasmoids and sometimes it will stop short of the plasmoid already occupying the corner.

Help. Please.

I had this problem for a period when I was running trunk. I think cremating the Plasma configuration fixed it...

Nailed it bcooksley! My plasmoids are much better behaved now that I removed the plasmarc file and then logged out and in. On SuSE 11.1 it looked like this:

rm .kde4/share/config/plasmarc
