How do you move icons and appletc on the taskbar? v4.2

I would like to be able to move some icons around that are on the default taskbar on Fedora Core 10. for instance the "device notifier icon" beside the kicker in this screenshot:

I would like to move it over to the right side of the bar.

Click the round button on the far-right of the panel, this will open up the panel toolbox. While this is open you can drag the items on the panel around without activating them.
