[SOLVED] How to rename file in folder view widget

blackhole Registered Member Posts 74 Karma 0 OS	[SOLVED] How to rename file in folder view widget Tue Feb 17, 2009 2:04 pm Hi guys, when I rightclick on a file in my folder view widget and choose "rename" nothing happens. I assume it's a bug But maybe someone knows a workaround or something. My workaround so far is "launch Dolphin" which is not a convenient one. I suppose hitting F2 after selecting the file does not help either? XiniX, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.

I'll try the F2-thing as soon as I boot Linux again.

I'll try the F2-thing as soon as I boot Linux again. Strange... after a couple of restarts it works. I've tried F2 first and then right-clicking. Both works fine now. Wierd... However it's still a bug on bugzilla.
