[SOLVED] Tooltips are eating my panel

Hi all.

I've been seeing something strange on my desktop recently.

There seems to be an issue with the redraw of the panel sometimes after a tooltip
has closed.

I'm just wondering if it's a KDE bug or more due to the opensuse tweaking/packaging.

I can't seem to find anything related on bugs.kde.org

Is anyone else seeing something similar?

Using opensuse 11
KDE 4.2.1
QT 4.4.3
Intel 855GM chipset with i810 driver
composite disabled

Yeah, it's a long-standing X.org issue. Nothing much to be done I'm afraid. :(
