hello.
I want to know if it is possible to put a time frame for the activation of the docks. they appear too fast. thank you. ps: kde 4.2.2

I'm afraid that there currently is no option for this in Plasma. You might want to see if someone's filed a bug (wishlist) on http://bugs.kde.org.
