Since last plasma crash notifcations and other things appear not above panel

Hi,
since last plasma crash notifcations and other things (clicking on anything in the panel) appear not above panel, but in the upper left edge. I assume there is a corrupted configuration file. Can anyone tell me what to change so that I can avoid dumping all my settings? Markum

You could try repositioning the Panel to try and make Plasma trigger a write of correct configuration data.
