where is quick access plasmoid ?

I've heard some people saying it doesn't work for KDE 4.3 but it seems to work fine for me. Please also check your distro package repository if they might have packaged it as a plasmoid. As Moult pointed out, see if it's available in your distro's repository. (Install Widgets only show script widgets, and that's why you can't find QuickAccess and other binary plasmoids there).
