Split vertical space of the panel for place some widgets on two rows

How I can split vertical space on the horisontal panel for place 2 widgets one above other? For example, I need a full-size taskbar and two rows of functional icons.
Now my taskbar looks like this:

You can see that clock, trash, other icons eats too much space on panel.
Will be better to place some widgets in two rows, like thouse variants:

Can I do something like this with KDE4 functionality or with additional widgets?
