the Oxygen theme is (for pre-4.3) located in the default dir, so you should change the default/lancelot/theme-config (and restart L afterwards)

Hm, I haven't noticed the screenshot last time. Your themes installation is broken. It somehow mixes air (the middle pane, the colours) and oxygen (the rest).

My advice is to wait for 4.3.

Alternatively, you could try to remove all lancelot-theme files, clear plasma cache and reinstall lancelot.
# killall lancelot
# rm -fr /usr/share/kde4/apps/desktoptheme/*/lancelot
# rm -fr ~/.kde/cache*/kpc/
# rm -fr ~/.kde/cache*/plasma-svg*
# make install
# lancelot
