how to panel on Desktop

I am facing problem in adding bottom panel at desktop in KDE.
Every time when I add panel it goes to top & I did not find any setting
to bring it down.
please tell me if there another setting...

If you expand the settings for the affected panel, then you should be able to drag it around, by clicking on the settings popup.

If you click on the yellow cashew Image (after unlocking widgets) in the panel, you should see a "Screen Edge" button. Simple drag it to the screen edge you want. You can also find the panel alignment settings under "More Settings".
