Hi,

KDE4.3 here, I'm using Translatiod 1.0 and theme Elegance. Elegance has nice dark systray, and if you use it with black LCD it looks really cool.

Translatiod uses black text on darkgray background in this setup, which bites me. Can you give a tip how to resolve this issue? Can I set the text color to white?

Thanks

You should be able to.

Without the sources it is hard to tell, but look for a "pen.setColor()" or something, involving Qt::Black and comment it out. You will then need to reload Plasma for it to come into effect ( after recompiling of course )

Please also contact the developer of this widget since they are hardcoding colours which will cause problems in the future.
