After upgrading to KDE 4.3, I notice that clicking the "cashew" (what's the official name for that widget?) causes all my windows to temporarily minimize. While I can see the logic in this behaviour, I don't really like it, and it seems silly on my dual monitor setup to minimize all windows on both screens just for one little menu.

So the question is, can I turn this behaviour off and if so where?
