All of the plasma clock widgets are displaying the wrong time on my system. Right now it says 5:49pm. But running the date command, my system time is 12:49pm. If I go into System Settings and click Date & Time, my time shows up correctly. So it seems to only affect the Plasma Clock.

If you access the clock settings for one of the Plasma clocks, what is the shown time zone? It should be local.

I got it fixed. I didn't have ktimezoned installed. Kind of strange, but it works.

I have helped a Gentoo user fix this problem before. Please file a bug with Gentoo so the overlay can include this package. It is part of kdebase-runtime, and is a requirement for KDE to function.
