I recently reinstalled my linux (due to my stupidity) and since i saw how awesome kde4 looked on my friends box i decided to get rid of icewm once and for all...
I ran kde since i use linux but in vnc the better looking windowing stuff used to lag too much but i thought it was time to give it another try!

anyway... i installed latest debian with kde, upgraded to testing (squeeze atm) and kde4 (4:4.2.4-2)! It runs fine if I connect through the gui or run startx from the console but if I start a vnc server (vnc4server 4.1.1+X4.3.0-31) (starting with: vncserver :1 -geometry 1584x600 -depth 32 -name mage ) it crashes with

please help me figure out why that happens

i just ran the vnc with depth 24 and it started fine but i would really like to have it with 32bit color

Please install the debugging packages for Qt, KDELibs and Plasma an report a bug at bugs.kde.org.
