This is an old bug, but i see that almost no one is talking about it. When you change your plasma theme, panel automatically becomes bigger. Also panel resizes when i turn on/off desktop effects, or when i turn on/off some effect in all effects tab. This happened in kde 4.2 too. Anyone have a solution, because it is very annoying to me, because i always like to have 25 pixel panel, and when it resizes argh...
