minimize all windows, dbus shortcut

Tue Sep 08, 2009 3:38 pm
Hi,

under kde3 i was using this command: `dcop kicker kicker toggleShowDesktop` to minimize all open windows.

now under kde-4.3.1 i couldn't find a similiar function in dbus. Did i miss it or is it just not (yet) there?

Thanks in advance

I can't find how to minimize all windows, but you may be interested in this one instead:

Code: Select all
qdbus org.kde.plasma /App local.PlasmaApp.toggleDashboard

A different workaround would involve usage of Input Actions in System Settings.
