I think the file transfer dialog should at least be wide enough to fit the downlaod speed and remaining dl-time: Is there a bug report on this? I didn't find one... Another idea if they don't want to make it wider would be to wrap it.

For me, it's very useful to see if my LAN speed is correct. If there was something like that, I will vote for this bug or brainstorm idea, and if it's possible to come back to the tray icon.
