Taskbar saturation

How can I modify the taskbar saturation? Now is partially transparent and is messed up by the background

If you use KDE4, it follows your Plasma theme. If you don't like it, you can change the theme for individual components in System Settings -> Advanced -> Desktop Theme Details.
By taskbar, do you mean the task manager widget or the whole panel?

Also, moved to Plasma.

Then you should change "Panel Background" in Desktop Theme Details, or switch to another Plasma theme altogether.
