Change Desktop Icon Text Color?

Thu Dec 10, 2009 1:24 pm
i'm using KDE 4.3.1, on openSUSE 11.2, and i want to change the icon text color on the desktop. i'm using the Desktop view. i don't want to change the theme or any other element of the appearance except the color of the text under the desktop icons, how do i do that?

Just set the plate down, and back away slowly.

i'm answering my own question because i found it. it's in the settings of the desktop folder itself, not anywhere in the Look and Feel controls.
