Hello :D

When I resize a widget on my plasma desktop it goes back to default size after the next boot? Does anybody know how to fix this? It's kinda annoying and preventing me from tweaking my desktop to my liking..

Thanks in advance!

I can replicate the error. My plasmoids don't stay where I put them, especially with folderview plasmoid.
I'm using same configs from early 4.3, could that be the problem.
PS.: It also doesn't remember the position correctly.

I had similar problems immediately after updating to 4.4. I put the widgets to the position and size I needed, locked them, and logged out. Later I unlocked them (I don't choose to keep them permanently locked) and they have behaved ever since. I don't pretend to know why it worked, but it did. It's worth a try.

I tried doing what you said and it didn't work but. But it gave me an idea that actually worked. I just removed the desktop activity, added it again and everything was working fine :D

This is likely related to configuration file corruption ( probably the activity id's become messed up somehow )
