Hello

I am using two monitors at work that display the same only that the external screen has a bigger resolution. Before KDE 4.4 the resolution used to change automatically when I connected the second screen and krandtray was running. Now that does not work any more and there is a really annoying problem with activity backgrounds.
I used 6 activities bound to virtual desktops. Every time the screen size changes or I log on after putting the computer to sleep wallpapers are messed up. Sometimes I still see the frame of the smaller resolution on the bigger resolution, sometimes it is all gray (I have to set the wallpaper again, all six of them!).
Any ideas on that?

It looks like Activities / Multiple Desktops is being refactored again for 4.5.... hopefully this will finally sort out the jumbling up issues.

Regarding the seperate monitor issues, can you please file a bug report?
