Is it possible to have a plasma theme per activity or is it only possible to have a plasma theme per user?

I kinda expect the later one is the case but i hope the first one becomes possible at some point in time (kde 4.5 perhaps?). I also made a a wish for this: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=228910

Plasma theme's are set on a per user basis.
