I have an occasional problem with the panel Autohide feature. For some reason I can't decipher, the panel gets into a state in which it stubbornly remains hidden. Of course that means I can't switch desktops (except via Alt-Tab), access the Kicker, see my System Tray, or even turn off Autohide!
Has anyone seen this? Is there a way to force the panel to unhide itself? |

You should be able to force it to unhide by running the following command in Konsole, which will restart Plasma.

OK, I guess I'll box that up as a Shell script just in case, thanks. poc |

I get this warning:
It does seem to work though. poc |

That warning can be safely ignored, and is caused by the "-" in plasma-desktop.
