Is it possible to set certain widget to run when the screen is locked? For example, I wanted my computer screen to be locked to prevent any people from accessing it but lets say if anyone wanted to leave a note using the "Leave a note" widget on my computer, the "Leave a note" widget can be edited on the locked screen.

That should be possible as long as you enable "widgets on screensaver" in the screensaver menu.
