KMenu is not transparent, when I turn on effects. Transparent is only the panel, but Kmenu and the panel settings menu is not. How I fix it ?

I use KDE 4.5.60 (trunk), but i have this problem from KDE 4.4 and 4.5 RC. Sorry for my bad English...
