Hi,
I have 2 monitors in dual setup: VGA-0 and DVI-0. The main-panel with the kickoff menu shows up on the wrong monitor (VGA-0). I cannot drag it to the DVI-0 monitor. If I add a new panel from the DVI-0 monitor it gets created on the VGA-0 monitor.
Is there any way to change this? |

KDE Sysadmin

Will KDE include this facility in the GUI? I mean, it should be easy to make moving the taks bar to a monito part of the GUI menu choices.

I second that. I'm in the process of moving back to linux after a few years on windows and this was one of the first thing I run into when running KDE. I started with Unity, but mother of.... What have they done, it's a pure horror to use, then I been using cinnamon and quite liked it but the file-manager is from the dark ages. Both the ones in KDE and Unity are superior. Unfortinate the start menu in KDE suffer of the same tablet/phone complex as windows10 and the windows button don't work (while I did hate it for a number of years but that was 21years ago, now I'm used to it and it's a really convient way to get to the "start menu". Well I give KDE a few days and see what happens, but for now I think it have degraded quite a bit the past few years |
