Hi guys,

im using KDE4 since several months on my gentoo system. It's really nice! It was the main reason why I fully changed from windows to linux. :)

Now im running 4.5.5 and unfortunately I got the same problem since approximately five version updates. My mdraid device isn't available at the hard disk drive list in the plasmoid hard disk status. It gives me only one member partition of my mdraid RAID1 device and my mdraid partition, but on both there is a message: (not available).

Can anyone help me to see my disk usage with this plasmoid for my mdraid again?

Thank you very much.

Best regards

Which version of KDE 4 are you using? I recall that Solid (KDE4 device information framework) had issues displaying information about RAID arrays in earlier releases.

You may wish to file a bug report about this if it doesn't work in KDE 4.6 (due to be released soon)
